I want to remove the Wi-Fi Home Cam from my list, but it is offline. What now?

I want to remove the Wi-Fi Home Cam from my list, but it is offline. What now?

It is not possible to remove the camera while it is offline within the app.

First, make sure the camera is connected to a network, so it shown as online again in the Camera List. Then go back to the Camera List and click on the Camera settings. 

Then click ‘Remove camera’

and click ‘Remove’ again. The Camera is now removed from the list.

If you want to add the Wi-Fi Home Cam again, go to ‘Add camera’ and follow the steps.

If this did not help or this is no longer possible because you do not have the camera any more, go to http://mycamera.sitecom.com (Use the following browsers: Firefox or Internet Explorer. Safari and Google Chrome do not support Java, so they will not work with the MyCam portal.)

Log in here with your MyCam account. If this succeeds, you will get the following screen.

Click ‘Account’ here.

And now click ‘Device’.

Here you can see an overview of the cameras added to your MyCam account.

Click the red ‘X’ here to remove the device from your Camera list (see the red arrow). Now you will get the following pop-up:

Click ‘OK’ to remove the Home Cam from your MyCam account.
